It is your responsibility as a Translation Assignment Poster or as a Freelance Translator or Freelance Interpreter as a Translation Agency to investigate the description of a Freelance Translators’ profile or a Translation Agencys’ profile or any other Content related to or submitted by the Freelance Translator or the Translation Agency. 16. Refund Policy

You are entitled to a full refund only if you inform Adulis Enterprises LLC within 1 days of requesting the service and must not use the Web Site or its Content during that time. If any use can be traced to your Account, no refund will be provided.

17. Subscriptions

17.1 You are required to pay a Subscription Fee on the date that you activate your subscription (Paid Membership). Your credit / debit card will be billed once on activation and will not be billed again unless you choose to renew your subscription.

17.2 Your first payment will be at the price advertised on the Web Site. Adulis Enterprises LLC reserves the right to change Subscription Fees from time to time and any such changes may affect the price of subsequent renewals. Adulis Enterprises LLC reserves the right to make any special offers to any customers as we alone deem appropriate. 17.3 If you terminate your subscription or account you will continue to have access to the Paid Content for the remainder of the Subscription Period you are currently in up until the renewal date whereupon access will cease unless you choose to pay the Subscription Fee and renew your subscription.

17.4 If you have subscribed in error you must inform Adulis Enterprises LLC within 1 days of requesting the services and must not use the services or its content during that time. If any use can be traced to your Account, no refund will be provided.

18. Termination

18.1 Either Adulis Enterprises LLC or you may terminate your account and (where relevant) your subscription. If Adulis Enterprises LLC terminates your Account or subscription, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.

18.2 If Adulis Enterprises LLC terminates your account as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions you will not be entitled to any refund.

18.3 If Adulis Enterprises LLC terminates your account or subscription for any other reason, you will not be refunded any remaining balance of your Subscription Fee.

18.4 If Adulis Enterprises LLC terminates your account or subscription, you will cease to have access to Paid Content from the date of termination.

18.5 If you terminate your account or subscription, you will continue to have access to Paid Content for the remainder of your subscription period as per Clause 16.3

19. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Adulis Enterprises LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of State of Maryland United States and Adulis Enterprises LLC and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Maryland, USA.
